2. What this site is

This is the website of a small family breeder of French Bulldogs. It exists to show which puppies are available and to let you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance on its own — a sale is agreed between us in writing, and the terms of that sale are in the sales agreement, not here.

3. Accuracy

We keep the puppy listings as accurate as we can and update them as circumstances change. Photographs are of the actual puppy. Coat colour in particular changes as a puppy matures and cannot be guaranteed, which is set out on the listings page.

4. Not veterinary advice

The care, vaccination and breed information on this site is general guidance based on our experience. It is not veterinary advice and it does not replace it. For your own dog, your vet’s advice takes precedence.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to us. You may read, print and share them for your own personal use. You may not republish them commercially without our permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to harvest personal data, to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to interfere with how it works for anyone else.

7. Third-party links

Where we link out — to a book, to a veterinary resource — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own fault or negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where Spanish law does not permit it, and in particular nothing here reduces the rights that consumer legislation gives you. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of this website.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where you deal with us as a consumer, Spanish consumer legislation entitles you to bring proceedings in the courts for your own place of residence, and nothing here removes that right. Where that rule does not apply, the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint we would rather resolve it directly, so please write to us first. You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, and you may take a complaint to the consumer authorities of your comunidad autónoma.
