Pickup & Delivery

Three ways to bring your puppy home, and one way we will never do it.

We never ship a puppy in cargo. French Bulldogs are brachycephalic, and a pressurised hold with variable temperature and no supervision is genuinely dangerous for a snub-nosed dog. Most major airlines restrict or refuse the breed in cargo for exactly this reason. Every flight we arrange is in the cabin, in a carrier, with a person responsible for your puppy the whole way.

Personal pickup

Collect your puppy from us in person. You meet the puppy, we hand over the paperwork face to face, and there is no transport stress at all. This is our preferred option wherever it is practical.

No charge

Ground transport

A climate-controlled vehicle with regular breaks, run by a licensed pet transporter. Best for destinations within reasonable driving distance, and it avoids air travel entirely.

In-cabin flight nanny

A courier flies with your puppy as accompanied baggage in the cabin, carrier under the seat, and hands them to you at your arrival airport. Fastest option for long distances, and the only air travel we will arrange.

How delivery works

  1. Tell us where you are

    Once your puppy is reserved, send us your city and nearest major airport and we will price the options.

  2. We arrange the logistics

    We book the transporter or nanny, confirm the health certificate is issued within the required window, and coordinate the date against your puppy's available-from date.

  3. You get the details

    Flight number, arrival time, terminal and the nanny's contact details, at least 48 hours ahead.

  4. Meet your puppy

    Bring ID matching the booking. You will be handed the puppy, the carrier and the full records folder.

Timing

Each puppy has its own available-from date, listed on its page — ours range from 21 to 31 July 2026. We will not release a puppy before eight weeks of age under any circumstances, regardless of how the travel schedule works out. Health certificates are typically valid for ten days from issue, so travel is booked to fall inside that window.

Summer travel gets extra scrutiny for this breed. If a route or a time of day looks likely to involve a hot tarmac wait, we will move the flight rather than risk it.

Visiting policy

We welcome in-person visits from families who have reserved a puppy, by appointment. We ask that you have not been in contact with unknown dogs that day, and that you use the hand sanitiser we will offer at the door.

This is not us being precious. Young puppies are not fully vaccinated, and parvovirus is durable, environmental, and carried in on shoes and hands. Before a litter is reserved we are very happy to do video calls instead — as many as you would like.

Common questions

Do you deliver internationally?
Not currently. We deliver within the United States only.
Can I fly in and carry the puppy back myself?
Yes, and many people do. You will need to book your puppy as in-cabin accompanied baggage with the airline in advance, and carry the health certificate with you.
What is the puppy travelling in?
An airline-compliant soft carrier with an absorbent pad, water, and a piece of bedding that smells of their littermates.
What if my flight is delayed?
The nanny stays with your puppy until you are physically there. You will have their direct number throughout.
